Membership

New members of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. are accepted on both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Graduate Requirement:
* If you are interested in gaining membership through the Gamma Tau Sigma Alumnae Chapter, please complete the Contact Form and a member of our membership committee will contact you.

Undergraduate Requirement:
* A woman may be admitted for membership in an undergraduate chapter only while in attendance at a four-year accredited college or university
* A woman may be admitted for membership in an undergraduate chapter while in a liberal arts/transfer program of a junior or community college, once they submit proof of intention to enter and obtain a degree from a four-year school.
* Candidates may be accepted for undergraduate membership after successfully completing one quarter, semester, or trimester. The cumulative grade point average required for membership is 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).
If you are currently enrolled (or will be enrolling) at CSU Long Beach and would like to gain membership through this undergraduate chapter, please complete the Contact Form.

Affiliate Requirement:

Philo Chapter:
* A woman who has never complete a post-secondary school education
* Must be interested in promoting programs of the Sorority

Rhoer Club:
* A young woman between the ages of 12-16
* Overall GPA is 2.5 or above
